Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery directly from our partner nurseries. Standard shipping across the contiguous United States takes 3–7 business days. All trees are backed by our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee—if your tree arrives damaged in transit, email orders@americantreenurserydirect.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo for a free replacement or full refund.
